I find this so confusing, so many products I've never heard of and where do you look for them, can you outline steps from
day one on through the 8 weeks, must be the candida fuzz brain but I don't know where to start apart from cutting
out all sugar, I'm sugar
free anyway don't like sweet foods, wheat oats and dairy
free, I eat organic eggs and
meat, so what do you advise?
