recipes for my very carnivorous family (tongue in cheek), there would be a revolt if I announced that we will be eating plant - based diet only but I am trying to limit the
meat / poultry / seafood portions and focus
more on plant - based portions to very good results.
Made this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic, can't believe I'm enjoying so many
recipes with out
meat, even the husband is on board, it certainly has opened my eyes to eating in a
more healthy way.
