The nutrient profile of bone broth is slightly different than a shorter
cooked meat stock.
You'll also find tomato puree, garlic, more veggies, hamburger meat, and
beef meat stock.
Homemade,
traditional meat stock is full of fats, amino acids, minerals, and nutrients that are used by the body as building blocks to heal cells, tissues, and organs.
Bone and
meat stock provide just that, the foundation of both the kitchen and ultimately one's physical health.
Just avoid placing any meat or
meat stock into this soup, as it should solely be kept to vegetables and brown rice if desired.
Once gut healing is complete and the digestive tract function is restored, properly prepared grains and legumes will be best enjoyed prepared

We focus on foods that are very gentle and soothing for your gut and provide nutrients that heal your gut lining,
like meat stock, soups, and stews.
Make sure that you carry on with the soups and
meat stock after your patient has completed the Introduction Diet at least once a day.

To avoid any reactions, introduce probiotic foods gradually, starting from 1 - 2 teaspoons a day for 2 - 5 days, then 3 - 4 teaspoons a day for 2 - 5 days and so on until you can add a few teaspoons of the probiotic food into every cup

Bone broth calls for vinegar to help leach minerals from the bones (vinegar not required
for meat stock).

Surprisingly, that hasn't happened all week, I think due to the large amounts of
