In the morning before leaving for work, fill up your crock
pot with a
big chunk of
meat, such as a roast beef or a lamb leg, along with roughly chopped vegetables, water or broth and seasonings, and you'll have a delicious meal waiting for you after work.
It results
in the most moist flavoursome chicken
meat and it is, apart from needing a really
big pot, no trouble at all!
