Notwithstanding any other provisions of these rules, upon compliance with the requirements of this rule the supreme court may admit an individual to practice
law in this state provided that such individual has furnished satisfactory evidence that he or she has graduated from a
law school approved by the American Bar Association; has been admitted to practice
law in another state, federal territory or commonwealth or the District of Columbia for at least 5 years; has taken and passed either the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination with a scale score of at least 85 or an equivalent course in ethics taken
during his or her
law school attendance; and who is the president, dean or academic director of The National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada, including the director of The National Center for the Courts and
Media.
