It gets better because you'll
meet amazing people in the midst of it all.
I've
met some amazing people in the blogging world... some I've had the pleasure of meeting in person and some I feel like I have known for years through their blogs... blogging will do that too you!

I sat
in many tense
meetings when the guys from Microsoft tried to give
people amazing deals on Azure (which Microsoft eventually offered as a cloud alternative) and it was as if they were offering to give these
people a bad case of acne.
But I was just
amazed by how everyone, young and old wanted to be involved... and was so deeply enriched and touched by the experience and the laughter and the love I experienced from the
people I
met and how women would
in particular open their hearts to me and tell me the stories of where they've come from, particularly because I have the language and was coming there as a woman and just how touched they were that I was there as a woman from England who's learned the language and who's an artist and running this project and come all the way to see them so they didn't feel forgotten I think that was pretty much what they felt... that their stories were being heard so they don't feel forgotten knowing the tents would be around the world.

In my online community The Lasting Supper, there's a wide diversity of
people with differing beliefs... an
amazing cacophony of nonconformists I've ever
met.
But now that I
met a whole bunch of other fisherman who had also never caught any fish, but who knew lots of
amazing stories from
people who had, it made me realize that this is just the way it is
in fishing.

in my kitchen is utterly mind blowing to me.
Not only that, but
in this time of blogging, I've
met some truly
amazing people who I can hand on my heart, call some of my closest friends.
It was

meet two such accomplished chefs (who are even nicer
in person than they appear on TV) and the excuse of being able to eat lots of delicious avocado dishes was an added bonus.
Thanks to this
amazing opportunity, the next time I attend a conference or a professional event, I will be even more prepared and even more successful
in meeting the right
people and having productive conversations.

However I feel truly thankful for

in person solidified the fact that you are the sweetest and you totally deserve all the

I've had the pleasure of traveling to some of my favorite places across the globe, worked on
amazing projects and more importantly,

people that will always have a special place
in my heart.

One of my favorite things about blogging

in New York and she is such a sweet
person and an

Working
in corporate America, I don't always have the opportunity for my opinion to be heard (not that it is a bad thing — it is just the way it is), so this space has allowed me to be adventurous and explore my passions, discover who I am,
meet so many
amazing people and, over the past year, start to gain even more confidence
in myself.
Excited to finally
meet my team
in person and for all the
amazing events, workouts, and trainings that I get to be a part of.
You can not imagine... Of course I am enjoying the fact that I have the opportunity to go to these cool cities, see great shows, and

amazing people, but part of Fashion Week is also that you dress up
in latest fashion... And that's exactly where it goes wrong.
I'm
amazed when I
meet people new to the business who want to see their name
in lights but don't want to do the work.
I am so thankful for all the blessings
in my life and I am super thankful for each and every one of my new blogging friends... It is
amazing how you feel like you know so many
people you have never
met.
