The D - Pad is now
used to swap between your
melee, thrown, and ranged
weapons.
Combat in Revolution is a criminally dull, scrappy affair, in which you either spam the enemy with your single
melee attack combo — which can only be
used once a timer has filled — or
use special
weapons, items and magic - like «ragnite» abilities to either damage or degrade the enemy, or buff you and your teammates.
Using side - screen icons for grenade throwing and
melee attacks are nicely apt, as is double - tapping the rear touch - pad to sprint, but tapping enemies in the middle of the screen to activate alt - fires and special
weapons feels strenuous and unintuitive.

As before, players step into the shoes of a character from a top - down, third person view, and proceed to enter buildings and murder every inhabitant inside
using a combination of fists,
