Dip one end of the candy cane in some of
the melted candy coating and insert the other end straight into the cupcake.
Take a head and body out of the fridge, and «glue» them together using
melted candy coating (I used a sharp paring knife here to whittle away some of the excess coating around the bottom of the heads).
Wrap around snowman's neck and «glue» together with
melted candy coating.

If the melted candy is too thick, gradually stir in about 1/2 - 1 tablespoon flavorless oil or shortening or 1 teaspoon paramount crystals into
the melted candy coating until smooth and fluid.
Then, one by one, dip the cake pops straight down into
the melted candy coating.
At this point you may want to transfer
the melted candy coating to a small deep bowl so when dipping the cake balls they can be completely submerged.
If the melted candy is too thick, gradually stir in about 1/2 - 1 tablespoon flavorless oil or shortening or about 1 teaspoon paramount crystals into
the melted candy coating until smooth and fluid.
Melt candy coating as directed on package and then dip balls one at a time into candy coating.
In a microwave,
