Hi Emma - leigh You could make a coconut oil based raw
chocolate, only it will
melt a LOT faster when you're eating them, or
melt down some raw
chocolate blocks from a health food store, or even quality
dark organic chocolate (70 + percent).
To make the bark, I
melted some 70 %
dark chocolate and added
organic peppermint oil to it before spreading it out on a baking sheet.
Find your favorite
