the melted peanut butter chips meld together to form a nougat - like center — just like a PAYDAY.
Then I topped the bars with a very thin layer of chocolate and then a little swirl made from
melted peanut butter chips.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla and
