The collective redress regimes
around the
world do not have to be identical but if they are designed to protect the same substantive and procedural rights of class
members and are based on some of the same fundamental principles, it is more likely that class action judgments from one
jurisdiction will be enforceable in another
jurisdiction.
Most of the partners are
members of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, a network of high calibre lawyers
around the
world which provides excellent connections where advice is required in other
jurisdictions.
