I hear many stories of
menstrual synchrony from the women I work with in my cycle training work, and I've had my own experiences of matching cycles over the years as well.
Since coming off the pill though I haven't really had a clear experience of
menstrual synchrony, as I don't live with any women and spend most of my time with my boyfriend.

menstrual synchrony as well.

menstrual synchrony such as the particular nature of the relationship and the specific living arrangements of the women.

Based on testimonials of my patients and personal experiences, I do believe in
menstrual synchrony.

menstrual synchrony.

menstrual synchrony, what lead them to this belief, and if they'd experienced it themselves.
