mentality, being ready to throw yourself
at the shot, make the all important tackle instead of ducking when the cross comes it, all 11 players need to be ready to fight for the win, we need the boys fired up, COYG.
The manager and board do not have the win
at all costs
mentality and therefore they will ensure that we dwindle as a
football power
at the expense of monetary gain.
I just don't know what their about.Don't we know there's a risk associated with signing any player?To me Lacazette is value for money and I believe we are signing him
at almost the right price.All we need is someone who can finish and Lacazette fits the bill.This is the kind of

Tactically Wenger is not on par with the current leading managers in world
football fact, but if we are discussing the team
mentality then isn't it true that players tend to reflect the attitude of the managers, if we look
at the leading managers how many of them sit down holding themselves instead of getting up to spur there team on, how many of them are critical about individual player performances as well as team performances, Wenger either cheers them on or does nothing, he may say that he still has passion and desire for the club and that maybe true, but rarely does that passion and desire become apparent, particularly on the pitch.
The crowd trouble — For the life of me I can not understand the
mentality of individuals who support any
football team, that show such hatred towards opposition fans, that they need to throw coins and seats
at them with the sole purpose of causing injury.
Yet West Brom's defensive
mentality hasn't really encouraged attacking
football this season and Berahino wouldn't enjoy playing in this team
