That's how our scrooge looks at things, because he's won tons of trophies early on in his career he's not as hungry or motivated as Brendan Rodgers so don't expect a mentality of buying / developing and winning mentality at this club until a new manager is brought in 3 years from now.

A new manager (Allegri) with more or less the same squad would bring this fear of losing your automatic spot and this focus on a new message that could result in a different team mentality.
