day, and it's pretty easy to reach
for a bagel, bowl of cereal, egg sandwich or cup of yogurt to get your
metabolism going.

With traditional diets your body
goes into «starvation mode» and the
metabolism automatically slows down.This is not the case with intermittent fasting however.Because you will eat normally the
day before the fast, your Leptin (one of the most important hormones
for metabolism regulation) levels will be high so your metabolic rate will be increased.

This is what's

Eating 4 - 6 times a
day actually increases the
metabolism and makes it far more efficient than
going without breakfast, or just having a piece of fruit

Because you're
going for strength, just make sure you eat throughout the

days then
go back to being strict with my carbs
for the rest of the week I think if you eat too little calories
for too long your
metabolism will slow down.
If you are sure its number 4 and you have a rare disease, certainly
go to the doctor, but while you are waiting
for your appointment I strongly suggest you do a little experiment that will help your doctor diagnose the problem and help eliminate # 1 as a possibility — its my 30

The rub is that I suspect that on an LC or VLC diet that brings on physiological insulin resistance, kinda like a starvation
metabolism, it's very difficult
for many to reduce overall average calories to the level they need to drop those last pounds and this is exactly where adding in the starches help
