Steve: This is really interesting material, I think, because perhaps many of the listeners are familiar with older research, for example, that found that the aldehyde dehydrogenase enzyme is not available for certain people, and that for them, drinking in excess is really uncomfortable, so they tend not to, but that's more of a direct genetic biochemical kind of a system related to the
alcohol molecule ultimately as it gets
metabolized.
