Next time (and there will be one soon) I will increase the amounts of ingredients by half more to fit in a normal
metal bread pan.

metal pans work better than glass for fully cooking a loaf of
bread.
If you use the chocolate zucchini
bread recipe you can use the
metal donut
pans and they work great
Can I bake my fermented dough in a
metal type

pan or does that also mess up the

Oh one more thing — I wonder what the dimensions are of the
bread loaf
pan you're using, and what material it is (glass,
metal, etc)?

bread at 325 in a glass or
metal pan?

bread pan), evenly spread half of the ice cream base.
