These have quickly become my
favorite mid afternoon snack, and now that I'm sticking to a dairy free diet I have found some great vegan cheese options to use on these!
I had a simple iced latte with the Vanilla Bean flavor as well which is so simple to make in the morning, I'm thinking it's going to end up my
regular mid afternoon snack.
Actually I haven't felt in that frame of mind for quite some time but not one to miss out on an opportunity for a little bit of healthy indulgence, this also makes an
amazing mid afternoon snack if you feel in a bit of an energy slump... or are in one of those fidgety «not sure what to do with myself type of moods» (yep that's me on a frequent basis).
This vegetarian pate is super healthy, full of life energy, very easy to prepare and the perfect spread for a lunch sandwich or
mid afternoon snack with vegetables — also good stuffed in a tomato or pepper!

I have been known to dip my hand into the box for

You'll never go hungry with this plan because we've got filling breakfasts that will hold you over until lunch, and
mid afternoon snacks that will make sure you are clear headed all the way until dinner.
Slightly sweet, this bread is delicious as
a mid afternoon snack and I am sure it would be wonderful toasted.

my mid afternoon snack I would have a combination of nuts + dark chocolate, at least 70 % cocoa.
Throw a couple in my lunch for
my mid afternoon snack attack and I'm golden!
