most mid weight sweaters are too thin and don't hold a shape) sweater to layer on and off at the office that I can get a least a couple seasons of routine wear and still look well groomed.

The sweater is the perfect
stretchy mid weight in a bold color that makes it seasonless but great for layering.
The cashmere is wonderfully soft, and also a
good mid weight (lighter than my Chanel sweaters, which are super plush, but thicker than Vince, 360 Cashmere, etc).
