Idris added:» Nigerian Government had offered slots for police officers from the Gambia and Sierra Leone in the Police Staff College Jos and the Police Academy, Wudil, for Police Officers to enhance capacities in
the middle level manpower development Cadre of the Police institutions in these countries between 2001 to 2007.
