Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until a cake - tester inserted into
the middle of the brownies comes out with few crumbs attached.
Baking for 15 - 17 minutes (or 14 - 16 minutes if using a 7 x 11 pan), or until a toothpick inserted into
the middle of the brownies comes out mostly clean.
