Lay a few julienned pepper strips along
the middle of each tortilla.
Add the lettuce mixture in
the middle of the tortillas.
Spoon two tablespoons of seasoned beef into
the middle of the tortilla.
Put about 1/4 cup of the filling across
the middle of each tortilla.
Spoon filling down
middle of tortilla.
Spread a heaping spoonful, of the chipotle aioli in
the middle of the tortilla.
Placed a spoonful of the bean mixture onto
the middle of each tortilla followed by a spoonful of the pepper mixture.
To assemble, lay one tortilla on a flat surface and lightly mash one quarter of the avocado in
the middle of the tortilla.
To assemble the wrap, first place several avocado slices on
the middle of the tortilla.
Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture down
the middle of tortilla, tightly roll up and place seam side down in prepared dish.
Place about 1/4 to 1/3 C of black bean filling mixture in
the middle of each tortilla, roll up, and place in the baking dish, seam side down.
Spoon about 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture in a line down
the middle of the tortilla.
Spread a couple of tablespoons of nacho cheese in
the middle of the tortilla.
Crack an egg into a small bowl and then gently pour it into
the middle of the tortilla pizza.
If using one can of the green chiles add half a chile to
the middle of a tortilla and top with a couple of tablespoons of the cheese and onion mixture.
Add beans in a line down
the middle of the tortilla, then add in a spoonful of the chicken mixture, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
Pipe a line of ricotta onto
the middle of the tortilla and then top with a little sauted onion and some pulled pork.
To serve, place a few pieces of the cauliflower in
the middle of the tortilla, followed by a small handful of the pepper and mushroom mixture and some chickpeas.
Carefully fold the top and bottom OVER the food that you placed in
the middle of the tortilla and roll it
In
the middle of the tortilla spread banana and strawberry slices, and top with some dark chocolate pieces or chips.
Add the scrambled eggs in
the middle of the tortilla and top with Green Dream Pesto.
Place a good handful of shredded chicken in
the middle of tortilla.
