Place 2 - 3 tablespoons of the avocado mixture down
the middle of the wrapper.
Place 4 thin slices of California Avocados down
the middle of the wrapper.
Lay out your wrappers and add 1/3 cup of filling to each in a rectangular shape in
the middle of the wrapper.
To wrap: Place some filling in
the middle of a wrapper and fold over.
Lay one shrimp half, one slice of avocado, 1/4 cup of the noodles, two bell pepper half slices and a sprinkling of basil into
the middle of the wrapper.
Spread about 1 teaspoon of pesto in
the middle of the wrapper, followed by cabbage, 1 - 2 melon strips, carrots and herbs.
