If using a roasting pan and pizza stone, set your stone on the middle or next lower rack of the oven (middle rack doesn't leave enough room for me to lift the roasting pan lid), place the roasting pan lid on top, and preheat the oven to 500 °F.

done, move oven
rack to upper -
middle position and heat oven to 425 degrees.
I baked them on the

It doesn't stop there though, I recently saw a guy take a bar form the flat bench
rack, carry it 30 feet into the
middle of the cable station and
do deadlifts there despite having 3 open squat
racks and plenty of other, more convenient floor space.
They hold the bars away from the uprights so that they're positioned toward the
middle of the power
rack, closer to where you would want to grip when
doing dips.
If you didn't have the bars positioned more toward the
middle like this, then they'd be too far apart to
do dips (the
rack's internal width is 42» after all).
In the
middle of any corner, just as under - and oversteer start to overlap, the
rack suddenly weights up so much that you have no idea what's going to happen next, nor
do you feel confident that you'll be able to deal with whatever comes your way.
