As much as I'd like to see Chambers in the middle (provided he is mentally recovered from Sunday), I'm much more interested in seeing if there is any change in the team's mentality — do we collectively compete to win the ball back, if we are up with 20 minutes to go will our wing backs and box2box
midfielder play more pragmatically etc. etc..

midfielder that has
more guts to

play every match in our
midfield then the same people who claim to love him would come and be making noise about how average he is after a bad match forgetting that he's actually average.I'd easily
play Maitland - Niles or Coquelin over Xhaka. They would provide
more steel in the
midfield. Is it going to take us four seasons to realize how average Xhaka is?The painful things is that by that time many trophies would've have by passed us.
giroud
plays well as a dm in his usual no9 position based on his «hold up
play»... but don't mistake that gibberish with

Bottom line, if he is angered bench the players who were not good enough and
play those who deserve some game time based on the Southampton game or on games where they had a positive impact: - Take Özil out and
play Ox in the hole (he has to understand your the highest paid player of the club, your given freedom like nobody else and your even seeking even
more money with a new contract you can't
play like that ever and go AWOL)- Put Sanchez on the wing or up top but put Welbeck in (Walcott didn't track back near enough for the Alsonso goal)- Iwobi has been bright from the wing let him
play there - Xhaka has to go back in the holding
midfield role and I would take out Coquelin because he could've taken a foul on the hazard's goal.
obviously I would prefer to have a much
more suitable alternative in the defensive
midfielder positions but if they focused
more on defensive end and the occasional long - ball, this would allow Bellerin and Sead ample opportunities to bomb forward on their respective wings while still having enough cover to maintain their defensive shape... it would likewise allow for overlapping runs on both wings, thereby letting both Sanchez and Perez to cut inside and get shots away in and around the top of the box with their most dominant feet... if goals were needed I would sub Bellerin for OX and bring Ramsey in for Elneny then switch to a 3 -2-4-1 (
more of a 3 -1-5-1 with Ramsey
playing higher up the pitch) and I would only use Giroud as a sub when the game dictated it for tactical reasons... this would allow us to be a high energy team with incredible link - up
play and a much
more direct approach in the offensive end

play in the CF position (as that's what everyone's getting bent out of shape about) but it is clear we have wide players who can score and we have players who can do so from

more and
more this season.
we don't need any
more midfielders we have enough what with Santi Cazorla, Jack Wilshere coming back and what with Alex Iwobi

I get your point mate. But in truth Ramsey is the CM and Xhaka is the DM according to our formation anf tactic. It's even debatable if Xhaka is capable of
playing DM.I think Ramsey's tactical awareness is poor but he has every right to take risks and move into the opposition box. He's a box to box player. The only problem is Ramsey overdoes it.If we had a proper CDM the team would be
more balanced. Now it's like we have two CM's
playing in
midfield and due to their poor tactical awareness we're always left exposed.I conclude by reminding people that Wilshere is better footballer and is
more intelligent than Xhaka. It'll be better
playing Wilshere and pairing him with a CDM than having Xhaka
play there.He just gets to
play over him becausr we signed him for # 35.
And on top of it he has great technical skill to fit in the mould & not be a simple destroyer just like Kante & maybe

It's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced at Arsenal without looking at the big picture... like the fans, he too was lied to by Wenger... there is no doubt in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that fit the system he ran when Henry was in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened... in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss in the
midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had in Real and with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a striker who
plays with his back to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him in the
midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive
midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead of blaming Ozil, which is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him in if they didn't intend on doing what was necessary to get the best from him... can you imagine Ozil
playing with the likes of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly to watch and even
more difficult to stop... so the only thing different between his experiences in Real and with the German team versus his time at Arsenal are the players around him and we all know who is in charge of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer

@muffdiver Yes he was a huge asset but RVP was not guaranteed — how many full seasons has he
played with us... with our style since he left — we got

midfielders, even JW started scoring... Ryt now we get goals from Sanchez, OG, Santi, Wellbeck, Ramsey, TR7, etc..
Although Wilshere has not nailed down a regular position in his career so far,

more usual roles of wide forward or attacking

The Arsenal transfer rumours about Jack Wilshere and a possible move to
play for our old rivals Manchester United are still in the embryonic stage, as reported by Metro, but with the Gunners already having

play for his beloved Arsenal.

Whilst van Gaal admitted that his side created
more when

Personally I think he should loaned to any BPL side where he can
play more as a central - back, and a bit as a defensive

He's vulnerability a lack of Height during set pieces (I.e Giroud being the only realistic target because of his height and the fact he is a striker) has meant our CB «s are
playing a bit
more up top than they should be and because our
