midfielder that has more guts to
play good balls through to runners not high balls that you hope will find a target So a defender that can defend a left back and a
midfielder and then look
out enough is enough on what the problems are If the car won't run right you Fix it Wenger now is the time to FIX it CB

Bottom line, if he is angered bench the players who were not good enough and
play those who deserve some game time based on the Southampton game or on games where they had a positive impact: - Take Özil
out and
play Ox in the hole (he has to understand your the highest paid player of the club, your given freedom like nobody else and your even seeking even more money with a new contract you can't
play like that ever and go AWOL)- Put Sanchez on the wing or up top but put Welbeck in (Walcott didn't track back near enough for the Alsonso goal)- Iwobi has been bright from the wing let him
play there - Xhaka has to go back in the holding
midfield role and I would take
out Coquelin because he could've taken a foul on the hazard's goal.

Reading the thread on this article and I noticed a lot of people naming strikers we could have gotten in past transfer windows that have gone to other club and failed, Balotelli, Falcao, Martinez, Boney etc are recurring names in all the comments, and am sat here thinking because they failed in thee clubs does not necessarily mean they would have failed if we had pulled
out our fingers and hot them back then, Balotelli aside I strongly believe all of these players could have made a difference
playing infront of our
midfield and given the kind of attention and care Wenger gives Giroud and Walcott, adapting our
play to suit them and giving them chances after chances even when its blatantly obvious they are average players so please lets not keep using that as an excuse for Wenger's ultra careful attitude in the transfer market, they could have failed with us, or they could have been massive for us, all speculations.
I only wish to focus on those who can
play in the CF position (as that's what everyone's getting bent

playing less!

out and buy yet again some
midfield player who's natural tendency is to want to

Of course, losing wingers Robben and Ribery will have forced his hand slightly here, but it still shows a lack of a Plan B that Pep couldn't bring
out a similar threat from other players like Gotze and Muller, who can both

midfielder since this manager's arrival is one of many examples of his attempts at tactical innovation going wrong.
You cant escape he fact that Podolski was
played rarely and when he was he was
played out of position much the same way that Wenger has assembled a squad of players most of which are a talented bunch, but, Wenger has failed to build a team who fit n with each other, we have a
midfield that overtly populated with players who al excel in the same role BUT have no solid defensive
midfield talent and no options in defence when players have crap periods or are long term injury problems.
we have great fire power with probably the 2nd best creative attacking
midfield in the EPL now the problem is that if we get congested in every game just outside the oppositions box there is no way we can score goals with 15 to 18 players in and around you, we need to change the way we
play we can not
play the million passing the ball game outside the box, we have to draw
out the opposition to half way to be able to get behind their deference

For those who do nt watch Schneiderlin
play, do it when southampton
play next and you will see half Arteta in terms of ball control and passing, and half Coquelin in terms of tackling... thats some combination if you ask me... i must admit though, nobody in this league can intercept like Le Coq... am still yet to decode how he anticipates a pass before it happens and if you were to ask David Silva, he would still be figuring it
out... That said, Schneiderlin would be a massive improvement on our team... to think about a
midfield trio of Ozil, Schneiderlin and Le Coq would excite any manager with ambition.
Since much is made of the formation Wenger is deploying, following the capturing of Sanchez, here's a system he could possibly use, to get the best

On Loan * Akpom (depends on our striker buy) * Crowley (he needs to step up and fulfill his potential) * Zelalem (had hot and cold season with Glasgow, would be great if he can be loaned

Midfielder that is 21, it is a loan or he will be sold) * Stefan O'Connor * Mavididi (goes on loan so Malen can
play first role in U21)
In the
midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never
played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming
play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then
played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped -
out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average players on their bench
playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
For instance at Real Madrid, they have their most dangerous striker starting

Nasri
played there and was successful and effective I think Mr wenger is trying to mold him that way Football is a game and can be manipulated in many ways one being 442 perhaps he is better suited in that formation in the right
midfield but not as a winger so maybe he should share carzolas job I do nt know I am not MR Wnger and I have not been
out to a training session to judge
He'll only sit on the bench next to Walcott while a central
midfielder is
played out of position on the wing.
