Mild lactose intolerance will manifest as gas, a rumbling tummy, and inappetance.
I struggle with
mild lactose intolerance, and I typically just eat cheese and deal with any icky feelings afterwards.
So the lower lactose in Greek yogurt means that it is easier to digest and better for people with
mild lactose intolerance.

But, I used dried chilli flakes and they're quite hot even with half the amount... Also I have a few
intolerances I think, soya,
lactose, possibly milk, peanut allergy (
mild, rash only), possibly coriander, some ingredient in squash drinks,... But nothing I know of in these ingredients.

If you have a
mild intolerance to
lactose, or suffer from GI problems every time you have a protein shake, you may want to try a whey protein isolate (which contains less
lactose) or whey protein hydrolysate.
Not all dairy foods contain
lactose, or natural milk sugar, and even among those that do, some contain lower levels that may be tolerated by those with
milder forms of
lactose intolerance.
