The chili oil makes this pretty spicy (in a good way) so if you like things milder you could use
mild salsa instead of medium to tone it down a little.

I made mine a little spicier with a few tweaks (regular canned chilies
instead of
mild, medium
salsa) and the results were super tasty.
I also wish I had some hot
salsa lying around
instead of medium - the cream cheese really took the heat out of that
salsa and made it pretty
mild.
