Tuna is lower in omega 3s and contaminated with the heavy metal Mercury, so a good
mild tasting fish is salmon.

Your baby might better accept white
fish that has a
milder taste rather than a distinctly «fishy»
taste.
I should mention that we found the
fish taste very
mild overall; it just added a new dimension to the meal.
This
fish can contain as much as 50 % more omega - 3 fats than salmon and has a very
mild flavor (as opposed to salmon which can be too fishy for some
tastes).
