I got in a lovely 8
mile run on the treadmill (5 more to go for my 25 weekly mile mark) and then came home to taxi to swim practice.
A workout i enjoy consists of a 2
mile run on the treadmill @ 1.0 incline min / mile pace varies but i normally keep it between 7 - 830 min / mile.
For this particular workout, I took a three -
mile run on the treadmill.

miles in at the gym
treadmill, blocking out gym ambiance can be nice.
