military ballots, there is an article in The Weekly Standard detailing how the Democrats
on the Election Board voted against sending the
ballots out earlier so that the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan could get them in time.

on a date no later than 35 days prior to the 45 - day advance deadline set by the MOVE Act for transmitting

Since the County Executive clearly has no intention of signing the Charter Revision law in time for it to appear
