Knowing I wouldn't be able to make it through the entire week drinking this watery mess, I decided to make the shake more edible by mixing in almond
milk (which stays in accordance with Khloe's strict «no dairy» rule) instead of ice, and by
adding a small squirt of
honey for sweetness.
Add coconut oil, coconut
milk,
honey and vanilla to a saucepan on medium heat and bring to a slow simmer.
I love stirring in manuka
