I developed a system where I used that day's fresh
milk for the next day's daycare supply.
A good rule of thumb is to always have enough pumped
milk for the next day, and pump enough milk each day for the next day.
It seems to be enough
milk for the next day, but I am just very worried that my supply is slowly diminishing... is there any advice to up my milk supply?
I know some moms who get up in the middle of the night to pump enough
milk for the next day.

next few
days in order to use up the opened can of evaporated
milk that I learned can only be stored
for 3
days in the fridge.

Every time I have to express I started worrying about if I am gonna get enough

This period of sleep will help restore energy levels after labor and give you a boost

next few
days of very frequent nursing as your
milk comes in.
At the end of the
day when your cooler is filled with your
milk and you are done pumping, now you can simply rinse your parts and take them home to wash them

milk — or if you're defrosting
for a later feeding (like if you're prepping bottles

next day's childcare)-- you'll want to use cold water.
Second, you can begin creating a «stash» of
