's because (correct me if I
'm wrong) «lite» coconut
milk is just coconut
milk with (more) water in it; which would make the
milk / sauce a little
on the
thin side as it
's already calling for water.
This frosting in the picture below
is a little
on the thick
side, so
milk was added (after the picture
was taken) to make it a little
thinner.
Since this bechamel has skim
milk, it will not
be quite as thick as it would with whole
milk but this works just fine since you want it to
be on the
thinner side to drizzle over the chips.
By contrast a friends son took his bottle off him due to pressure from relatives and he never drank
milk again after that,
on top of it he
was always
on the
thin side, possibly a fussy eater and has had food intolerance issues as an adult
Our twins
