really this smoothie just has banana, sweet potato, nonfat Greek yogurt, sunflower seed butter and my vitamin
powder and some almond
milk.
That's
really interesting about the WFN coconut
milk powder — I haven't heard about it but will definitely look into it.
I just had one question, I
really like milky flavors, but I can't find any
milk powder except for skim
milk powder in any of the stores.
I've made this a few times using a flax egg (1T ground flax +3 T almond
milk) and 1 tsp baking
powder, but it was
really fudgy and seemed «underbaked.»
1 x handful Frozen berries (can use ice + fresh berries if you like) 3 x tbsp Cottage Cheese (I use weight watchers brand but any low - fat will do) 2 x tbsp Low - fat Yoghurt (natural is preferred) 1/2 cup
Milk (full cream, low fat whatever you like) 1 x tsp Honey (This is a must unless you
really like the taste of cottage cheese) 1 scoop protein
powder (I use chocolate flavour)
It's
really pretty simple: You blend non-dairy
milk with your choice an unsweetened non-dairy yogurt, some ice, vegan protein
powder, and a sweetener of choice (in my case, that's always pure stevia since it has no sugar or weird additives).
I even dusted it with cocoa
powder so it wasn't blindingly white.The egg free royal icing is
really just extra thick
powdered sugar glaze made from a little
milk or water.
This matcha latte is
really easy to make and takes no time at all - just add the matcha
powder, almond
milk and sweetener to the
milk frother, let it do its thing and volia!

This took some getting used to for me as I
really love the
powder I have been using for years but I wanted to switch to a pea protein... I mix it with the a scoop of the phytogreens, almond
milk unsweetened, cinnamon, flaxseed, fresh ginger, and a half a pear... YUM!
But I didn't find it necessary given I used homemade almond
milk (which is already a bit sweet), and a
really good quality Matcha
powder (by the matcha reserve).
Second breakfast — Usually a green smoothie with 1/2 scoop plant - based protein
powder (right now I
really dig Plant Fusion), 1/2 an avocado, almond
milk, 3 Brazil nuts, frozen mango, handful of kale or spinach, juice from one lemon, 1/2 a cucumber, 1/2 T coconut oil, and maybe some cinnamon or other spices.
I don't like to go to bed hungry, so I usually have a snack of something with protein and fat with some fruit or veggies — lately, it's a handful of peanuts with a side of strawberries and blueberries, or, a protein
powder pudding (just protein
powder and almond
milk combined to a thick consistency) with berries and coconut shreds — though I try not to do this one unless I
really need to up protein for the day

really good results from putting this
powder in my smoothies along with protein
powder, frozen fruit, half a frozen banana, natrel
milk, or almond, coconut, cashew, rice dream
milk, coconut flakes or shreds, stevia
powder etc in your smoothie recipes, not all at once through and I mix up these and I have tried new ingredients, mixed them up and I have even made up some new smoothies that taste realy good.
On top of that the
powder blends
really nicely into almond
milk, juice, etc and you don't have a gritty texture when drinking it.

really could be a called a smoothie, you can blend up a frozen banana, pre-cooked beetroot, almond
milk, cocoa
powder and frozen blueberries.
I breed Blue Pitbulls and I would recommend that you buy a
really good puppy kibble and a good
milk supplement / puppy formula which can come in
powder form or in liquid for puppies.
The
powder all over, the mixing, the bits that just won't mix, the bumpy paint, the completely unpredictable way it sticks to some areas and not others (even after using
