Everybody deserves to have a caring
owner and, when speaking
about puppy
mills, it can't be more true.
There are few regulations, failures usually go unnnoticed and undocumented, punishments are few and weak, and USDA workers have long been public
about allowing the worst animal cruelty and helping puppy
mill owners stay in business and keep abusing animals and defrauding customers with sick and genetically defective dogs.
