MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has approved a request to pull
millions of gallons of water daily from Lake Michigan to serve a new Foxconn Technology Group manufacturing plant, helping the Taiwanese electronics giant clear a major regulatory hurdle.
