For the favors I put hot chocolate mix along
with mini marshmallows in small baby food jars with a «Thank you snow much» label.
Using a large saucepan over medium heat, add 4 tablespoons of butter, 3
cups mini marshmallows, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
Add mini marshmallows, sugar, heavy cream and salt and continue cooking for 5 to 6 minutes until marshmallows and sugar have completely melted.
After 10 minutes, you'll want to remove the cookies from the oven, then quickly and gently press in 3 - 4
mini marshmallows into each cookie.
Sprinkle
mini marshmallows over the top and bake an additional 2 - 3 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted.
I followed the recipe exactly and threw in a small handful of
mini marshmallows at the last minute and they are to die for!
Then we added in some
whole mini marshmallows and chocolate chunks and they were seriously the best little treats ever!
Hot chocolate is a fun treat for kids to enjoy with

I use Hershey's special dark cocoa powder (although regular is fine, too), Kraft marshmallow bits (these are NOT the same
