I made a big
pan of small dice roasted veggies
with coconut oil and he's been having those
with chickpeas and / or chicken, some sort of diced fruit, cheese or avocado and a couple gf crackers or a bit of a
mini muffin.
The batter had to be scooped out
with a spoon into the
