I use my
stick blender /
mini processor to make all salad dressings... so fast and can store in the refrigerator right in the
mini processor.
I like to prepare small batch dressings like this one in the
mini food processor attachment of my
stick blender, but feel free to use any
blender or food processor.

Not sure what a
mini Sunbeam appliance it, Shelley, but like it says in the post, you absolutely MUST use a
stick blender for this technique to work.
