Looking at other recipes I would say about five
minutes of pressure cooking is a good start.
Once the 20
minutes of pressure cooking are up and your Instant Pot beeps that it's done do a manual quick release.

I just made it again in the
pressure cooker with kale instead
of spinach and only did it under
pressure for 2
minutes with quick release, and it was wonderful!
