There is a step
missing in the meringue section
of this recipe - I'm assuming you grind the freeze dried strawberries in a food processor, reserve 1/4
cup, and combine the rest with the almond
flour, which becomes the almond mixture you add at the end
of the first step.
I am not sure how these are carb friendly, tapioco
flour / starch has 28 grams
of carbs per 1/4
cup, this recipe asks for 1/2
cup and makes 4 pieces
of bread... that is 14grams
of carbs per piece Am I
missing something?
This recipe is marked as «Paleo» but with 1
cup of tapioca
flour and only 4 servings, one serving is 23.5 grams
of net carbs (unless I'm
missing something)!
