eating.
I am concerned that the pursuit of anti-oxidant rich
foods misses the point about
eating whole,
healthy diets with abundant
food variation.
Although we promote a high raw diet we never used the enzyme theory as a reason to only
eat 100 % raw
foods as you
miss out on so many
healthy vegetables and greens most people don't want to
eat raw.
