in this case you really need a
food processor as the blender will just struggle with the lack of liquid / dryness of the
mix.
Add almond flour and oat flour (you can make oat flour from rolled oats by simply blending them
in a
food processor or grinding them
in a mortle and pester), cacao powder, baking powder and salt and pulse until everything is
mixed.
Alternatively,
mix all the vegetables

food processor together with the plant milk / cooking liquid, which will make for a smoother, less textured puree.
