Made with
a mix of almond flour and coconut flour.
I usually do
a mix of almond flour, tapioca (or arrowroot) and coconut flour.
That mixed with a few eggs (4) helped these muffins get the perfect consistency, even though you use
a mix of almond flour and coconut flour.
Maybe try
a mix of almond flour and buckwheat?

You could always
mix in a tablespoon or two
of almond flour to get a more substantial pancake, or top the classic version with Nutella and strawberries too.
I have tried this twice, but the initial step
of mixing the
almond flour, powdered sugar, and egg whites leaves me baffled.
In the bowl
of a stand
mixer, using the whisk attachment,
mix the
almond flour, starches, xanthan gum, salt, and baking powder until blended.
They're made with whole wheat
flour (I used white whole wheat), pure maple syrup instead
of sugar, applesauce and zucchini to replace most

I'm especially happy that this recipe has a
mix of coconut
flour and
almond flour because the texture is great.
Okay, just figured out what I did wrong, I
mixed up my
flours and used ALL coconut
flour instead
of almond flour!
Beat in the ground
almonds and then slowly stir in the
flour and spice mixture using a wooden spoon or use a paddle attachment
of a stand
mixer.
1/2 cup canola or other vegetable oil 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened 2 1/2 cups demerera sugar or brown sugar 2 tablespoons molasses 1/4 cup flax meal 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract 1 teaspoon pure

I just put this in the oven... but i ran out
of almond meal so i ended up
mixing it with coconut
flour... hope it will turn out ok...!

In a food processor, blend together the
almond flour, coconut
flour, bananas, vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons
of coconut oil until you have a firm and
mixed dough.
I'd love to experiment with a
mix of buckwheat
flour and
almond flour very soon to see how that would work out.

of nut - based products, like
almond flour,
almond butter, and walnuts,
mixing them with sweet things like maple syrup, honey, and raisins.
If you want to add a tbsp or two
of peanut butter or
almond butter you can, just add a tiny bit
of coconut
flour to the
mix so you're bars don't end up too sticky.
I used a
mix of nut

flour for gluten - free baking
mix, or perhaps increase the amount

almonds to 1 cup and use 1 cup
of baking
mix instead
of 1 1/2 cups.

In a medium

Converted to gluten - free by using a gluten - free brownie
mix and
almond flour instead
of wheat
flour so I can't speak to the brownie part
of the recipe, but the cream cheese flavored with bourbon really elevated these brownies and made them perfect for a holiday event.

of almond flour I substituted 1 C. Pams baking
mix but then the
flour was too dry & wouldn't hold together.
