It's a quick
mix of oat flour (just whole grain rolled oats, blended to flour texture), some whole oats for great texture and chew, and date paste for sweetness.
E.g. Prefer to go for all oats instead of
a mix of oat and buckwheat, go for it!
It's just a simple
mix of oat flour, almond milk, pumpkin and some spices / stevia to your taste.

I did make a mistake and poured milk into
oat mixture instead
of egg mixture by mistake so it all got
mixed together in bowl before it went into the pan - still yummy.
The trick to getting the texture just right is a combination
of oat flour and almond flour
mixed with ground flax and apple cider vinegar.
