This is what worked for me finally... whipped the egg whites for eight minutes with 1/2 tsp
of cream
of tartar, slowly
mixed in the softened cream cheese and
protein powder, baked it at 325 for 30 minutes, then turned the oven off but left the bread inside to cool — turned out amazing.
