sweet comment For my pancakes I usually just use Bob's Red Mill 7 grain pancake and waffle
mix and add a
mix of water,
almond milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon until it's pancake batter consistency then cook them over medium / high heat with coconut
oil.
Add the vanilla, coconut
oil,
almond milk / vinegar mixture, and
sweet potato, and
mix well until smooth (I used the whisk attachment of my
mixer for this).
* then, add in the egg yolks, honey (I only used 3 tbs for the bread, but added the
