you mix it with cacao powder, the flavors blend nicely together and taste like a rich hot chocolate.
Powder the walnuts,

Since I'm completely obsessed
with maca powder lately — hello
Cacao Maca Hot Chocolate and Peanut Butter Maca Overnight Oats — and God knows I love brownies (read: raw cocoa powder), I decided to
mix those two and see where it leads me.
Chocolate bars and chips that you know and love come from melted
cacao nibs after they've been
mixed with sugar and normally oil or milk.
My girlfriends and I like to
mix cacao nibs
with frozen blueberries and a generous splash of organic heavy cream while we watch really bad television on Sunday nights.
In a medium sized bowl combine the coconut flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda,
cacao nibs, and pinch of salt and
mix with a fork to reduce any clumps until thoroughly combined.
Add to the
mixing bowl along
with protein powder, chocolate chips and
cacao powder.
Combine the melted chocolate
with the mashed avocado, and add one and a half tablespoons of the raw
cacao powder, stevia, and vanilla,
mixing together until smooth.
But I do like using a blender to
mix the almond milk (homemade, of course)
with the cocoa powder or
cacao powder, sweetener, vanilla bean and pinch of salt.

If you're in a super low fructose period, try
mixing with some full fat yoghurt and topping

Simply blend all your ingredients

My favourite way to have it as of late however, is as a «protein pudding»

with non-dairy yoghurt or milk and topped
with fresh fruit, almond butter and
cacao nibs.
