While waiting for your book to be shipped, i would like to ask for your opinion on omega - 3 in flaxseed oil, grounded flaxseed and its combination with low - fat or 20 % fat cottage cheese with one added apple and a handful of
mixed nuts and seeds.
This dish is great for dessert or even better for breakfast topped with

You could grind up sunflower
seeds into a flour
and mix that into the batter
and you might still get the consistency without the use of
nuts (I would only recommend this to those who are allergic to
nuts though).
